Pierre Bertrand boasts nearly a decade of leadership experience and product management with the world's largest Pharmaceutical company, Pfizer, Inc. Currently the Regional Marketing Director for the South, Pierre Bertrand implements regional approaches that are tailored to the needs of healthcsare providers, brands, and consumers. Pierre collaborates with the Regional strategy team to translate analyses into action items for state-specific business plans. Pierre Bertrand’s implementation of core business strategies grown the $2.8 billion company within the region. Upon graduating from the University of Windsor with his MBA in Finance and Operations/Marketing, Pierre Bertrand entered the industry with Allegiance Healthcare. Responsible for financial and manufacturing analyses and market research, Pierre Bertrand oversaw manufacturing operations of more than $270 million in 3 countries. Pierre Bertrand created the annual manufacturing schedules for Mexico, the United States, and the Dominican Republic’s seven plants. After several promotions to positions of higher responsibility and visibility, Pierre Bertrand then transitioned from Allegiance to Pfizer Canada Inc, first in a financial role and soon being promoted into a Marketing role. Pierre Bertrand directed Pfizer‘s national strategies for six brands and accomplished two National Market Research Projects for the Canadian division. Within one year, he increased his key accounts by 500 percent and became responsible for estimating and tracking all marketing expenditures for the entire business unit. Pierre Bertrand’s next move within the company was to New York, where he innovated planning tools that assisted veterinarians optimize both health and productivity. Pierre Bertrand earned several awards for his leadership, including Best of NAMA First Place Winner for SelectVAC’s 2007 national multi-media campaign and a PAH Brand Stewardship Award. A year before achieving his current position with Pfizer, Pierre Bertrand served as Director of POWERS Regional Strategy, where he offered management consulting to four regions in order to support the development and execution of analytically based regional business plans. | |||||
